Refund policy

All items are signed to order and personalized items are made specifically for the buyer, so all sales are final — except items that arrive damaged, are defective, or are the wrong item sent.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us at dominiquebookit@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it.

Digital items (personalized video shout-outs and paid messages) are delivered by email or private link and are non-refundable once delivered, except if never delivered.
